VW Radiator Grille Baffle Set – T25/T3/VANAGON/Round Headlamps
Here we have a pair of radiator grille baffles specially designed for VW T25/T3s with round headlamps. Originally, these were made from a sort of cardboard-like material, which, as you might expect, didn’t stand the test of time – they tended to fall apart and fall off!
Our reproduction versions are made from durable, textured ABS plastic. They’re lightweight, built to last, and closely match the look of the originals – even if they’re mostly tucked away behind the grille!
As these baffles were factory-fitted back in the day, they don't have a VW part number listed in ETKA.
Fitting is straightforward: the mounting holes line up with the original pins (if yours are still intact!). Simply trim off the ‘mushroom’ ends of the old pins so a small peg remains on the rear of the grille. Then, pop the new baffles over the pins. You can either bond them in place with your preferred adhesive or carefully melt the pins with a soldering iron to secure everything firmly.
