The SHC KIA PV5 Bed Platform transforms your Kia PV5 Passenger from everyday family transport into a weekend adventure machine in under five minutes—without reaching for a single tool. That's right... no spanners, no Allen keys, and no mysterious leftover bolts. Designed and Built in house using our CNC Machine and tested in our PV5, with real world useage! 
 
Thanks to its clever slotted design, everything simply slots together and locks into place, giving you a solid, practical platform that's ready for whatever you've got planned. Whether it's a spontaneous camping trip, a mountain bike adventure, or an unexpected flat-pack furniture mission, the PV5 is ready to adapt.
 
Built from tough 15mm Phenolic Hex Birch Ply, the platform is designed to handle life on the road while remaining easy to remove and store thanks to its flat-pack design.
 
The ingenious 1/3–2/3 split gives you plenty of flexibility. Set up a spacious double bed for two, leave one section folded for a single-bed layout, or keep room for paddleboards, bikes, surfboards, camping gear—or that one friend who always packs far too much.
 
Need your van to work as hard as it plays? Simply fold the platform away to create a generous flat load area for furniture, DIY supplies, or the inevitable "we'll just pop to IKEA" trip. You can even leave one or two belted seats available, making it easy to balance passengers and cargo.
 
For even more versatility, fold the platform halfway to create a practical bulkhead, keeping tools, luggage, dogs or tip-run treasures safely separated from the passenger area.
