Our own SHC Hi-Torque starter motors are here Comrades. Engineered, and built in the UK- by little ole’us! Bless, but lazy old units can struggle to keep up- especially with all the power we now all need. Outdated and slow, they had their time, now for the SHC replacements.
Newer high compression engines require more omphhhh! Or perhaps you’d just prefer a serious upgrade for your standard WBX? Our SHC units are high output, lightweight, featuring gear reduction motors. Making them the perfect replacement. SHC units are built in-house- to the highest standards. Each SHC Hi-Torque starter motor features a 1.4Kw- Simply put... more punch when needed!
Unlike others, our units are ‘All Metal internal Geared’ plus a few specific extras- resulting in a guaranteed extra CRANK during start up! Covered with a 3 year warranty (T&C apply). These units are designed to last comrades!
*Please note some Subaru engine conversions where fitted with Subaru Starter Motors. This is unsuitable for them, If you are unsure please send us a Message with a photo of your current starter Motor.*
